radiator arrived damaged

I bought two radiators from here, one of them being an unusual size I couldn't get locally. They each arrived separately, and one of them was damaged. Fortunately it was the more common size one, so I was able to go out and buy another one and not delay the job. It took a bit off faff getting it collected and getting a refund, with Trade Plumbing initially making excuses about having to liaise with the supplier, but we got there in the end.

It turned up eventually….

It turned up eventually but only after I called and chatted numerous times. My order had to be cancelled, re-done and sent overnight - which actually took two nights… Poor
