Dont buy from tradera! I recently bought a jacket there from a seller with buyer protection, the seller contacted me saying he had sold the jacket, i got a refund but not for the seller protection because why would i pay for it if i never got sent the jacket. So i contacted theyre chat and they told me they cant give me a refund because i opened a dispute already. Well ofc i opened a dispute because the seller did not refund and told me i had to contact you guys. So now im paying essentialy for something i never received. Please be smart and dont buy from this company, theyre a bunch of scammers.

This company charges a high ten percent fee to sellers and yet no purchase protection is included for buyers unless they buy it. When something went wrong I was left on my own. So i started paying with my credit card to get protection from my bank. Now as of 2025 Tradera is forcing buyers to pay an extra five percent of the purchase price for insurance even when you essentially have coverage through your credit card. You are not allowed to refuse it so I’m forced to purchase redundant protection. Customer service ignores related complaints. They lost my trust and my business. *Update* Note their useless default response below. They send the same basic response to everyone on this forum - always avoiding the actual issue. Sending a message to their customer service will result in no action and no changes.
