From the moment we were met at the airport by our guide, we felt in good hands. Every detail was explained to us, she was always on hand when needed & was amazingly knowledgeable about all the areas we visited. Because the Travel Dept looked after all the trip details, the holidaymakers were free from stress & enjoyed it more.
I have no complaints about travel department guide or the hotel. Maybe it was our age but getting the early flight was too much for us and we were exhausted when we got there.We depend on the Hop On ,Hop Off bus and its does'nt run like that anymore.It just goes around the city and does'nt stop.We will just make sure the flights are a bit later next time.
Trip to India exceeded my expectations. Our guide Anu was superb, it was easy to relax and enjoy the whole experience with him looking out for us and taking care of everything. A very busy schedule but I would not have wanted to miss a single thing. Great value and look forward to to my next trip with the Travel Department
This was a holiday of a lifetime. Our guide Anurag Misra was excellent. His knowledge, enthusiasm and passion was outstanding. He couldn’t do enough for us. Our driver and bus boy were both fantastic.Travel Dept put on an excellent itinerary. The hotels were fabulous and India was incredible. Would definitely recommend this trip.
Our Bus tour guide had plenty of info on the countryside we where travelling thru.He spoke with a love and intensity and knowledge of the Andalusia Region.The great explorers Rulers and Artists.The places we were visiting was given plenty of details for us to look for..
The guide, Sophia, went above and beyond to accomodate large group (50 people), always dealing with queries/requests with great patience and humour. Her knowledge of Catalan history and art history is superb. Sophia is a real asset to Travel Dept on Costa Brava and Barcelona trip!
Travel arrangements very good. Guide lovely and helpful. Tours very interesting in Montenegro and Albania. Hotel was good. Weather was mixed and transfer from the airport to hotel was long but that was not Travel Departments fault. The crowd on the tour were friendly and happy.
