I absolutely love this product! I can’t begin to describe all the pros! -light weight (doesn’t feel like you’re wearing any)-smooth application and very easy to blend-matches very well to my skin-appears glowing and radiantHey! It even smells good and I didn’t have access makeup to scrub off the brush or my fingers! Tinted to look natural! Yes please!!!I also had emailed the staff asking for my tracking because I had the wrong email on my apple account and they were very prompt, friendly, and provided quick resolve! I don’t see myself ever switching my make up and plan to promote them wherever I go because I want to see others as pleased as I am! I know I sound a bit too excited but I’ve searched for good make up for so long and well- I am excited because I’ve finally found it!
I’ve now ordered from typology 3 times and I’m obsessed with the products !!!I’m 38 with pretty normal skin but my goal is to prevent aging as much as possible. These products are beautiful and have natural ingredients that make me feel better about using them
I ordered these products after seeing them on YouTube. I bought a set which consisted of the Tinted Serum in medium, the concealer in medium and the lip oil in Powder Pink plus I had a free bottle of eye make-up remover and a small make-up bag. The tinted serum was quite dark (wish I'd read the reviews first) so I mixed it with my Sculptured Beauty Base which was fine. I have since discovered that if I dab the serum onto my face and then blend with a brush it's not actually as dark as I thought and I like it now. It gives my face a healthy glow. The concealer again is a bit dark but my main complaint is the tube - it ouzes out of the tube and is very wasteful. I shall try and decant it into one of those small travel jars. The tinted lip oil is gorgeous I love it and the bottle is small enough to put in a handbag (doesn't last all day). The eye make-up remover is very nice. I will probably order again but what puts me off is the courier they use - DPD who are next to useless. I changed my delivery day and they kept trying to deliver it beforehand sending me e-mails to say that no-one was in and at one point telling me it had been delivered when it hadn't. I was in the next time they delivered it but it was still not the date I had asked them to deliver it! Bit of a nightmare to be quite honest.
Marketing is misleading and they don't accept returns. Reputable companies stand behind their products. I only purchased a couple of items so it wasn't a huge loss. I feel like this company is a total scam and would never recommend.
I purchased the Redness Kit specifically for my rosacea, trusting the claims that it would be suitable for sensitive skin. However, after only three days of use, my face broke out severely. I developed painful pimples and extreme redness, particularly under my neck, to the point where I looked like a cherry.The reaction was so severe that I had to request a full refund, yet I am still waiting for a response. Given the hype surrounding this product online, I expected much better. Instead, I am now dealing with the aftermath of a terrible breakout and will need to see a dermatologist.I am extremely disappointed in this experience and the lack of prompt customer service. I love these products. I’ve used them for about 4 months and my skin is overall so much smoother and brighter. For reference I’m 39, in between skin type with hyperpigmentation.I used the vitamin C serum, tinted serum, concealer regularly and they’re incredible. The one thing I will say is that if you’re looking for full coverage makeup that’s not what this stuff is. But, it’s pretty buildable, sometimes I’ll add some CC cream or pressed powder if want a little more coverage. Recently I got the resurfacing mask and it is SO NICE! It’s a low fuss mask that makes your skin so soft and smooth.
Love this make-up skincare product. I bought the second lightest shade—too dark. So I bought the lightest shade—to light. But an even mixture of the two is the perfect shade! Same thing with the under eye cream. The puffiness under my eyes is shrinking. I found Typology on the YouTube channel “Unblah Yourself.” The idea of skin care makeup is great and I like this product.
I really wanted to love Typology, but I’m disappointed with how my order cancellation was handled. I realized there was a mistake with the shades just a few hours after placing my order and immediately submitted a cancellation request. It feels frustrating knowing the order could’ve been stopped in time, especially since it hadn’t been processed yet. I was really hoping for quicker communication and better customer service in this situation.I still like the concept of the brand, but I’m hesitant to order again because of the lack of responsiveness when I needed help the most.
