I have recently come across this brand through TikTok and I must say, I am highly impressed. The superior quality of their products has surpassed my initial expectations, and the level of customer service I have received so far has been exceptional. While Shiseido has always been my preferred choice, Typology is swiftly becoming a new favorite of mine.
DO NOT BUY. I bought products as they seemed nice. Received today, I have NOT opened the products cause just by looking at the glassbottle the color "Fair" is not the shade fair should be, so I want return the entire unopened package. But THERE IS NO WAY to return, they have made so you cant return on website but have to request it, just to fool customers. I demand you answer me so I can return products BEFORE 14 days, I will otherwise sue this company as we have lawyers in my entire family that will help. Shipped in US, not DK. Edit: They answer here politely but not on my mails. Good way to fool customers.
Great products but I was left feeling very angry at the customs charges and additional handling fees of £42!!! Having ordered from Typology previously, I hadn't paid any vat or customs charges so felt comfortable that this would be the case with my next order. It wasn't. Customer service just pointed me in the direction of their terms of sale hidden at the bottom of their website. Be aware that the price listed on the product website might not be what you actually pay. I won't be a return customer again. They need to improve.
I just discovered Typology and have been extremely pleased with this brand. I love that it is vegan, with minimal and eco-friendly packaging, and that it scores so well on Yuka. My skin also loves these products, especially in the dry winter. I have been using the 9-ingredient moisturizer, hyaluronic serum, vit c serum, and under-eye serum, and I have seen a noticeable difference in my skin's texture and radiance after a month of using these products. Will definitely be purchasing more!
There is no way to get in contact with this brand. They have a no-reply email address set up. No contact information is in their packaging. You get no response from the website contact form and they have no other email address listed. I had to Google their email address and still got no response from them. I would just like to return my unused products. You should avoid Typology, they are not worth the hassle.
i bought the concealer and the color was really really not fitting me, i saw that from just the little swatch on the tube. the description about the colors on their website should not be trusted easily. i completely matched the description for shade 2 and it’s way too dark for me.i instantly wrote to the service team and they just said „it’s cosmetics so we can’t take it back“ and offered me some coupon with a fraction of the price i paid on it. sadly do not recommend. still on the search for a nice non-toxic makeup brand.
I love all of my products, I have the tinted serum, bronzing drops, tinted concealer, replenishing lip balm, lipid enriched cleansing bar, and the lip care duo. The products are amazing and gentle on my 59 year old skin. My only gripe is no exchanges on products. If a shade is off you just have to eat the cost of the product.
