When my order arrived the box was damaged and the product was not there. Apparently someone stole it out of the package. I immediately contacted the company and promptly received an email saying they would resend the product. My product arrives about 5 days later. Thank you Francia!!
Very good experience. First I lost my order number due to an issue with my email and they found it for me. Then, the package was delivered but I never received it. Without my asking, the offered to replace the items. Super service. Products seem very high quality but just arrived so only one day of use! Thanks to Typologie for the professionalism!
I did not receive the products I ordered, and when I asked for a refund, they declined and instead offered me a credit that expires in a few months, which I was not able to use as I was not in France for a few months due to personal issues. The service was very poor. I'm considering contacting my bank to recover the funds, and I won't be making any more purchases from them.Just follow the rules and refund the money paid!
I used to buy many products from Typology and my favourite one is the L64 - Anti-mark serum. Said that, I bought L52 - SPF50 facial sunscreen, I could'ne get disappointed more. the cream is separated from oil and the white part. I tried many times to shake the tube to combine them but did not work and I have stopped using it now. This product is out of stock now. So buyers please be careful on this particular one.
Absolutely over the moon. I was a little nervous about ordering from a brand I wasn't too familiar with beyond some influencer posts - but I am absolutely thrilled with the products. I currently use their Exfoliating Cleanser - the scent is refreshing & lovely - and a little goes a LONG way. My skin glows after a few weeks of using this & it's also great to use for a double cleanse on days I wear a full face of makeup. It's not too harsh - and my skin never feels dry after using. I also purchased three serums, the Wrinkle Serum, Radiance & Eye Serum - and am pleasantly surprised with them all. They work well - and my skin ( typically sensitive - have to be very careful of new products) has reacted well. My ONLY complaint is the dropper doesn't always fill up with product & I wish it was a larger bottle.I also purchased the skin tint - which, initially following the online skin match - got a color that was WAY too dark, and when I contacted customer service they promptly helped me get the right color. I really like this for summer - light-weight & hydrating. However, it feels like the bottles aren't filled with product and the dropper applicator leaves a lot to be desired on this. Not sure I will repurchase.Overall - I really like the line & suggest it to anyone looking to try something new at an affordable price point for more luxury feeling products.
I’m 58 years old, and I have never found a tinted moisturizer or foundation that I like, let alone love. Until now. Typology’s tinted serum (with an added dash of glow drops) not only makes my skin look radiant, it makes my skin feel like silk. I use the tinted lip oil in Ruby Red on my lips and cheeks. The texture is not thick or sticky, it blends easily and looks like a healthy glow. I also love the tinted concealer with the caffeine. It brightens my face and makes me look refreshed. I’m obsessed with this brand.
I have always wondered if an on-line skin analysis gives a true picture. I ordered based on analysis and found some success but not with others. I am not sure all the various serums are not redundant. I do have favorites and reorder those am cautious in trying to figure out what is the best for my face.
Very disappointed with the product I received and since typology doesn't have a returns policy, I have sadly wasted my money. I ordered the "T33 - Color Corrector for Redness" and I was excited for the product especially given the claims but it has been about 10 days since I received it and I cannot get the product to work - whenever I apply it, it just looks patchy and "separates" like it wants to pill off your skin. I first thought it was interacting with my sunscreen underneath but I tried it with other sunscreens too and then, at a complete loss, I tried it without any sunscreen on either (even though I wear sunscreen everyday and I would have no use for this product if I couldn't wear it over sunscreen) and it still looked patchy and bad. I tried tapping it in gently, then I tried swiping it on, and I even tried to apply it with a brush or a beauty blender, and none of it worked. I don't have bad skin and I don't have any texture or dry patches on my skin for this product to stick to and it still looks very visible and bad. I am sure for someone with more problematic skin it would be even worse. I don't like wearing makeup and I was hoping I could use this to camouflage some of the rosiness in my skin but it's so noticeable and bad on my skin that I'd rather just use a bit of concealer instead and it would be less noticeable! I am really disappointed because I really wanted to like this product and I was impressed by it being a skincare product first and colour corrector second. Sadly the performance is really sub-par so I'll have to buy either the chanel or givenchy green colour correctors which I've tried in the past and seemed to work much better. I've given my review one extra star for the fact that I really appreciated the eco-friendly packaging they used and also for the fact that I don't really have a problem with the company, just with this one product I've tried. Sadly, there's no way to review an individual product on the typology website so I've had to write a review here so that others may be aware that this product is definitely not worth it in my opinion.
