Booked in at National tyres for 11 o'clock and arrived 15 mins early, to be told there was a 90 minutes wait. I was told the app allows 7people to book in at the same time. I complained that the Kwik Fit app wouldn't do that, and resigned myself to a long wait. In the event, I got a call 40 mins later that it was ready. I wonder if this was because I complained?

Wrong tyre was sent out with the mobile…

Wrong tyre was sent out with the mobile tyre fitter, thankfully he saw this and did not fit it, wanted to charge me another £150 on top of my original price for the tyres I wanted in the first place! This company will do anything for a sale! Stay well clear of them!
