do not trust these people,they will tell you a pack of mistruths when selling you a vehicle. I recently bought a vehicle from them that was supposedly serviced(it hadn't been touched(needed a new battery from the off as the stop start system wouldn't function as the voltage of battery was too low11.9 volts and so was in a fail safe mode), front pads were seized on 1 side each, there's a lot more to it which I won't put here, but always follow that old adage of "buyer beware", fortunately I have the skill set required to sort the issues that happened. Complaints procedure is a white wash where they tell you to use the supplied warranty, no warranty would ever be honoured for worn out service parts, honestly I will never ever deal with this company again and would recommend everyone has the vehicle they're purchasing independently assessed if you haven't got the skills to put things right.The one thing I will say for them is that they were helpful in delivering the vehicle I wanted to their dealer closer to where I lived.Ask yourself this question, if a seller won't even put a battery on a vehicle or have it serviced/checked properly, do you want to do business with them?.My biggest concern which I pointed out to them was if someone had bought a car from them and knew nothing about cars, they would have taken as gospel that a service had been done as it was fully stamped up in the service history, they wouldn't have known about the brakes(until it was possibly too late), there are reputable dealers out there that will actually do all these things to ensure the car you buy is road worthy, I spent nearly 9.5k on a vehicle with full service history and in good condition. Please please please heed my warning. Use a reputable dealer or at least have your vehicle checked by an independent company or mechanic. It's not worth the risk. This review hasn't been written to be horrible, just an honest review of my experience. They didn't even bother coming back to me with their response to my formal complaint, I had to contact the director who initially responded to my complaint.
Absolutely amazing, from enquiring online I received a call a few hours later and invited into the showroom to test drive and find my perfect car! Ending of the story was that I drove away that very same day with my new car 🙂 One happy chap! Cannot recommend them enough, prefect service & some amazing cars!
