Amber customer services amazing. Also promised me I’ll walk away with a car the same day ✅ she just did exactly what she said.. she spent from 9am till 7pm working with me and I walked away at 7.10pm with a car… All I can say is amazing thank you to amber and your team you did amazing. Hope you liked your flowers 🌺 and chocolate 🍫 Will be returning

I was pressured into writing a review…

I was pressured into writing a review by my sales rep,before I had even driven the new car home. I did post one, which was very positive, until the following day when I started to receive some very distressing emails and messages from the finance company. I immediately took the review down and have pondered over what to write. As where do i start and how can i do any justice to the pressure and destruction they have overwhelmed me with! they manipulate, pressurise and play expertertly within the law, abusing you and any vulnerability you have, bullying you all the way and constantly bombarding you with calls;then deny everything become very condescending, threatening and abusive by stating the problem is you the customer, "you are becoming emotional and raising you voice",was one of the many condescending comments from nad My personal experience was very bad indeed and I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. They are very nice on the surface but when they need to take any responsibility , completely irresponsible and spineless. I went to return the car and it was implied that I was aggressive, and unreasonable after I refused to be further shut away in a room on my own ,with several male staff," so they could discuss their process" .condescending, pushy, very abusive and their keenness or assertiveness to get you to sign an agreement is incredibly intimidating and aggressive. I did say that because of their conduct they had lost the sale of someone I had recommended. A word of ADVICE DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO SIGN PAPERWORK! DO NOT BE LULLED BY THEIR VERY FALSE DEMANOUR , AS IT IS ALL SHOW. I dealt with Rick,chanise and nad. They worked together as a tag team with no minute to think, until the paperwork signed of which I thought it very strange for chanise to announce the car could not be returned. I post this in detriment to any potential legal standing I have to claw back my loss financially, mentally and physically due to their serious lack of regard or morality let alone the impact of any vulnerable person. I am genuinely horrified at what this company has done( although i was told that was my perception by nad, and rick; moreover how it is allowed to continue. They constantly stated one think then contradicted themselves, to deny it, I walked away in tethers as i thought i was loosing the plot and my mental health being the problem another, upsettinginstance was their parting words . No bad feeling then as he smirked away. The reason I do post this is because I had read several reviews, most of which had of which I mentioned with nad, of course he happily denied everything however today I see they have excellent rating, which disturbs me even more. Idid record my conversation with Rick, to which he stated I should have asked him if I could record it. He wasn't happy when I stated due the way I had been lied to and treated I didnt have to ask him anything, I was telling him I was recording this conversation as I was terrified of them, due to what and how they did without my knowledge and the car needing repair. If you are vulnerable, in any way, financially etc, don't let them bully you. To my mind how they justify their alleged business dealings is completely unacceptable and criminal but proving it will be almost impossible. Please be very weary of this company. These individuals don't care and obviously no regard for human life or how detrimental their actions are.

Layton was literally the one of the…

Layton was literally the one of the best sales guys ive dealt with in my life. the other lads did show me a few cars which were completely not up my street, decent cars but good cars for a family. i was literally going to leavbe it and layton rang me and told me which car he had found me which was a BMW 2 series really really nice car, great car and he sorted all the paper work out for us. not just that but the after care he has given over the last 8 weeks has been insane. HJighly recomend and big thank you to Layton would of walked away if he hadnt been there.,
