Was excited to see a Black Friday deal of a discount plus free gifts as I had been wanting to try this for ages. Expected delivery was by 16th November, that came and went, the tracking didn't update at all from 15th so I contacted them with no response at all, commented on Facebook which all got deleted and now my order is saying delivered which it hasn't been. I did eventually get a response from an email saying 'it has been dispatched' they couldn't care less. Very quick at asking for a review on how easy it was to navigate the website though, I imagine that is so they can boost their rating and push down the honest reviews which are far from favourable. Don't be fooled by the UK website address, they're Australian so even if it had arrived it would've taken forever.So I know have no product and have lost £28, lesson learned, will never trust an advert on social media again. I was responding to a promotion on Facebook that was $69 for the mask. I had seen this ad multiple times in the past couple of days. My wife has really wanted this. No matter what code, link or anything I tried, I could not get the mask down to $69. I got down to $95 plus shipping based on a code that was emailed to me. This is consistent with my previous experience with your website and promotions. Because my wife really wanted the mask, I bought it and then unsubscribed to your mailing list. Edit: Thank you for the response. It might be advisable to advertise in USD since your advertising through Meta platforms doesn't better differentiate this? In Australia, it is trade law that prices must be displayed in AUD or indicated otherwise and the fines are large for non-compliance.
