Review Time
I made an incorrect order. I got confused by the photo advertising the photo and thought it included a free gift automatically. Unfortunately you need to select that you WANT the free gift (I wanted the free gift more than I wanted the product I ordered). When I tried to alter the order immediately, I realised it was impossible so I contacted customer service. They got back to me 3 days later (after the order had shipped) to say I had called the product by its incorrect name.....then when I responded to say that that may be, but that I still had an issue with my order, they then stopped replying. I haven't received the order yet (I'm not sure how long it takes) but I will need to return it straight away. A shame, because if someone had just explained how I could get the free gift that I was entitled to, then I would probably have kept the order.
