I regularly get emails from luxskin as I am a previous customer,so they contact me regularly with discounts and offers. I simply saw an offer,added the item to my cart,checked out,with a free shipping bonus. My order was confirmed,regular tracking updates sent,and I received my order within a matter of days. Very quick,prompt shipping and delivery. Another added bonus,was the item I bought was on a BOGO offer. Win win. Double bonus.

Website is easy to navigate, and Order from. Emails are sent to confirm Order details and keep you informed along the way. I haven't had to email Customer Services as I haven't experienced any problems.
