Love the products but feel cheated that you only get 4 vials of liquid instead of 6. You still charge the same price for 4 vials, why? You have ignored my correspondence to explain why you have upped prices and act as thought nothing has changed. Products great but pricing and customer service have greatly diminished!
I was sent an email letting me know that after my original purchase from the website, I was being offered a gift. However, when I followed the prompts, I was confused by being sent in circles as I clicked on the prompts. It turned out I had to make another purchase to get the free offer. I did actually make a purchase, but I do feel somewhat conned into it, and I don't feel good about that. (I suggest making it clear that the offer comes with strings attached.)
IPL MACHINE DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT BUY- FYI I am a verified customer! Went back and forth with ANA for weeks! You was not able to help!! Hence the bad review. Your product sucks. You hsve thousands of reviews but not specifically for that product. You dont even really advertise it on your Instagram... because you know its rubbish!
