I'd give less than one star if I could.Got a $20 voucher to use on anything, including any specials on the website. It didn't work despite how many times I tried and I didn't want to miss out, so I contacted them after for the $20 refund. I have had so many to and fro with the customer 'service', I have countered everything they have said to me but still nothing. Not impressed at all and I will be taking this further.

Delivered to the WRONG City and State!

Delivered to the WRONG city and state!?! UniExpress had plenty of time to fix the mistake but still delivered 3 days later. Both Lux Skin and UniExpress were notified, yet neither took responsibility. I really do like the product, but the customer service experience was terrible. I’ll be switching to Amazon for a competitive product with far better service.

Lux Skins products are amazing

Used one of Lux Skins products before years ago and got reminded of them when i reached for the product once again (LED mask). Loved the LED mask so much decided to look them up again and ran across a hydrodermabrasion machine. Im excited to get this product and try it. Love this site and I'm going to come back for the microneedling kits!
