The website is easy to navigate to select products.Prices are great, especially when deals are offered. I'm not sure why there isn't a log-in to keep records of all my purchases. The products are great, no different to the more expensive, if anything they last longer.
Although I havent recieved the product yet the delivery and shipping protection is adding up to £9 which was extremely high for £24 worth order and despite highlighting as soon as I placed the order (website is not very clear) I was told there is nothing they can do.. sounds like a scam to me..
I ordered from luxskin as they was giving a free gift of your choice with every purchase, I was charged for the free gift and when I emailed luxskin about they said they would send me a free gift if I paid £6 delivery for it. They also didn't offer to reimburse me for the so called free gift that they charged me £9 for.
Products arrived in 6 days and although haven’t tried them yet, packaging and quality looks like I’ve ordered something from SHEIN/Temu. Now feel I have been conned as Does not look like a real deal and packaging all cheap thin cardboard and squashed too. The actual LED mask looks like cheap £10 thing and I cannot believe it would do anything at all for anyone’s skin. My daughter says looks like her cheap lights in her room, definitely not medical grade as advertised. 59 tiny lamps that look like plastic cheap things. Def will return.
