I just want to say BE CAREFUL that you order from the right trapstar website. I ordered off a fake trapstar website but it looked legit. I was scammed over 100 pounds and I’ve tried to contact them and have received nothing. Just to be clear, the fake one I ordered from looked exactly like the trapstar website so make sure you’re getting the correct one.A lot of reviews are saying their order didn’t arrive etc and they obviously have done the same thing as me without realizing.
Reading the reviews, I consider myself very lucky..Ordered a sale item and got it 3 days later, very quick delivery to what I was expecting; Hoodie is ok, but could have been bit better quality for that price and packaging is too basic, they need to work on packaging, as it is like ordering from a cheap shop. Not sure really if I would order from Trapstar again, time will tell.
Do not buy from, they take your money and do not send out what you have ordered, I’ve been waiting since the beginning of November and still nothing, customer service is beyond shocking and you never get to talk to anyone. Will be reporting to trading standards.
My personal experience of Trapstar from ordering to their customer service (Trey specifically) has been excellent with great communication at every point and response times within the hour. Appreciate every order different but again on a personal level couldn’t have been better.
Order on Monday 4th December and all now I haven’t received my goods. Their customer service is disgusting the communication is the worst I’ve ever come across. You email them and they do not bother to respond it’s an absolute joke this will be the last time I ever purchase anything from trapstar again. All now I haven’t received any information regarding my delivery and when I go on the site to see what’s happening by putting in my order number it says not found.
Ordered a tracksuit, arrived quick but was too small so I sent back, was received & signed for by trapstar on 11th Dec, no contact/ refund from them whatsoever. Ordered another tracksuit on 3rd Dec, email to say order being processed, nothing since. I am now £300 out of pocket & nothing to show for it! They do not reply to emails, no phone number & online chat doesn't work. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Christmas presents Order made on 3rd December and money taken. No dispatch, no communication. Have send numerous messages on their online chat and by email. No response. Awful awful company, avoid at all costs !!! Would have given zero stars if I could.
Ordered 16 November no items delivered spent £47. No contact numbers working automated service does not work. Received email this morning with an alleged £5 refund checked bank no refund have tried to start dispute to claim money back from bank but must wait 30 days. How is this company allowed to continue ripping off customers.
