Ordered 16 November no items delivered spent £47. No contact numbers working automated service does not work. Received email this morning with an alleged £5 refund checked bank no refund have tried to start dispute to claim money back from bank but must wait 30 days. How is this company allowed to continue ripping off customers.

Very swift delivery...

I feel like I need to give credit where credit is due. As had I listen to the previous reviews I wouldn't have ordered for fear of it not coming on time for when I needed it.I ordered a top on Weds and it was delivered on Friday.

TRAPSTAR if you do not give me my refund of £250 for the jacket I returned signed for on 1/12/23 I shall be taking LEGAL ACTION!! Customer service is appalling no contact number & I have sent numerous emails & no reply. Definitely AVOID this company.

Shocking communication or lack of. No phones that connect, 4 different returns addresses, with returns getting returned to buyer. Online chat that no human answers. WHAT IS A CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS.

Orders came very quickly.Had to send one back and have been waiting a month for refund which hasn't arrived up to now.Can not get to speak to an actual person only email which you keep getting the same generated response back . Disgusting, something should be done about the company, there are people out there that can not afford to be ripped off like this. Since writing this review I have now had a full refund, so I take back about being ripped off. They must be really inundated with returns, so I feel they probably need to take in more staff to deal with the issues at hand so they don't get bad reviews. My problem was only about refund which took over a month, every thing else was absolutely fine

Poor product and poor service

I bought a trapstar jacket for my son on 27 Nov 23. He wore it for few weeks, then he told be that the lining inside on the sleeve has split from the stitching. I contacted Trapstar twice before they finally answered. They asked me to send the jacket and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement as my son wants it. To my surprise they sent me an email stating that the jacket was worn and they can’t replace it and they sent it back!! I don’t understand why it was sent back to me, I did explain to them what had happened. Surely for the price that was paid for the jacket it should have lasted for more than few weeks..The quality is bad and the customer service is even worse, by the way this was my last item which I bought for my son from them
