Coat not delivered and no refund…

Ordered a coat for my son’s Xmas present, money was taken, but the coat was never received. Trapstar refused to refund even after sending evidence of no delivery at the specified time from the ring doorbell. Extremely annoyed customer out of pocket by £165

Exchange for larger items denied

I received my items and contacted them the day I received them to ask for an exchange for bigger sizes - I was told no as they do not refund items - I am not asking for a refund only an exchange- no concern for customer service or satisfaction Cannot order again as customer service is non existent

Ordered in the Black Friday sale and…

Ordered in the Black Friday sale and didn’t receive the item at all UPS said they delivered but it wasn’t delivered so contacted Trapstar and nothing their customer service is the worst and they don’t respond I contacted my bank for them to do a dispute with trapstar and then the customer service emails me and says for me to cancel the dispute so they can sort it out with me I’m not going to cancel the dispute as they don’t respond and I didn’t receive my order please do not order from here the customer service is the worst

Ordered yesterday and already on the…

Ordered yesterday and already on the way after getting multiple updates from UPS, alot of negative reviews which could ruin a business. I always say don't judge if you don't know yourself. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because it has not actually arrived yet but so far I don't have a problem with Trapstar. I will leave a further review once the items arrive 😊

Daylight robbery

Daylight robbery, Ordered early december to be told a month later that the order has been delayed. As it stands currently 30 Jan, customer service have stopped responding/non existant and will have to contact trading standards/bank to refund my money. Do not buy off of their website.

Taking money for out of stock items

Place an order for an insock item. 20 days later they cannot confirm a delivery date due to not actually having stock. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Disappointed kids on Christmas. Chasing for a refund now
