Purchased multiple items from this company for my son’s Christmas gifts. Had to wait almost 2 weeks for items to be dispatched.Returns policy 14days with no extension for Christmas so had to show my son before Christmas Day.Returned 2 items 20/12/23 and despite numerous emails supplying parcel tracking evidence I have not received my refund.Absolutely outrageous, do not buy from them!
Ordered a tracksuit for my son in the 7th December was to big returned it on the 20th with recorded delivery.. I've tried to send number of emails they responded once wanting proof of receipt of delivery details and said I will be refunded in 10 days not heard from them since after number of attempts to contact them . Will be going to citizens advice. Awful company. My poor son gone with out for Christmas.
AVOID AT ALL COSTs Bought a jacket for my step son for Xmas ! Came too small. Big company like trapstar doesn’t do exchanges so I had to send back recorded delivery with insurance wait 14 days for a refund and buy again. I bought again straight away as it’s a Xmas gift. Expecting my refund. Now 20 days no refund no response to emails. NO contact number and no online chat. I’m £250 out of pocket and they have received the coat back. Absolutely disgraceful doing this to people when life’s hard enough. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
Horrendous customer service ! First of all my delivery was delayed due to stock availability but I only found that out when I chased.I have sent the tracksuit back as it didn’t fit via recorded delivery and paid £12.60 for the service. Trapstar received the tracksuit back on the 6th of December yet I have not received my refund. I have emailed every day since and only get a generic email back asking for my order number - I’ve sent this along with proof of delivery every time ! Their live chat never gets back to you and I have had no response via their Instagram business chat - all of these three channels are the only way to get hold of them ! So they have my money and the tracksuit and I am getting no response ! AVOID buying from this place
So you email all details of your order you placed then you get email back asking for it again…. Back and forth 20 times up to now! I’m paying the £35 to take them to small claims court. They doing this to many customers. They advertise items that they don’t have in stock.. make you pay then don’t refund. The reviews saying got items quick is bull… ( fake reviews)
"Alot of negative reviews which could ruin a business" If they were false I would agree but they deserve the negative reviews, is someone suggesting the reviews are fake? Im more inclined to think the good reviews are put there to try to cover up their incompetence. But everyone is free to take risks with thier own money... Just wished I hadnt bothered. UPDATE, I got my bank to reverse the charge and all of a sudden Trapstar contact me asking to stop the reversal 😂 took a month of trying get them to answer me then as soon as they money is taken back they come chasing me, do one!
If I could I would not even give 1 star. Im a frequent buyer, orders never arrive or get refunded without me asking to. Takes forever to ship furthermore deliver, im talking a month minimum. A whole month. Avoid this brand at all costs trust me.
