Ordered son a hoodie for Christmas. When he opened it it had 2 holes in. Contacted Trapstar customer service via email twice for help and no reply. Bad products. £55 for a faulty jumper. Bad customer service. No response via 2 emails or Tweet sent on X. AVOID.
Placed an order 24th Nov 2023 still not received it X 4 individual items not one has arrived- it was a gift for my sons birthday 8th December paid delivery costs 9 - 12 days well today is the 12 day on the new month and only received an email today stating delivery tomorrow - had to double buy gifts as a alternative to order Deeply annoyed with service lack of communication and better yet still no items
I'm writing a comment I would've given no stars but u can only give one star for how poor of an experience I've had with this company I ordered a tracksuit on the 24th of nov and didn't receive my parcel and I've complained multiple times and have received the same automated email 5 times now
If I could do no stars I would! Ordered a tracksuit and T-shirts on the 24th November, they came fine but the T-shirts were to small so sent them back for a refund, which I had to pay to send them back… tracked so I know they’ve received them. Re ordered the next size, again came fine, but I am still waiting on my refund!!! I’ve emailed multiple times, tried to use the chat bot… no body replies! If you want to order then you will probably get your stuff but god forbid you want a refund because it’s likely you won’t be getting it! Seriously Trapstar sort your s**t out!
Bitter sweet review. Ordered three times from this company over the black friday weekend. I recieved the 1st parcel promptly. 2nd one was delivered heavily damaged. The parcel had been stuck together with sellotape with two items missing. I contacted the company about my missing items. They have not been courteous enough to answer me. No response.The 3rd parcel which was order 2nd by the way. Has still not come. I sent an email asking for a statue update. Trapstar are ignoring me. I will be disputing my payments because this is ridiculous
No contact numbers and online chat does not work!Responses to emails take ages.Wrong size sent and refunds take ages!Returns have to be sent at your own expense recorded delivery, make sure you keep the tracking number or they will not help. I will not shop here again
I have purchased many items from Trapstar and up until now haven’t had any issues but I bought a coat for my son and had to return it the parcel has been signed for but they haven’t refunded the money - I really wish I’d read these reviews first as I would never have taken the risk in returning. I am gutted as this is money I desperately need for Christmas and now my poor son will have no main Christmas present- terrible customer service. I will not be using again unless this issue is resolved quickly.
This company are total rubbish, we pay good money and would like to either get the goods in a reasonable time frame or the money back. I have neither at the moment, customer service it non existent you get an automated email in return and wait weeks to get an actual human to get in contact, who said there's a delay...well no s sherlock!!. Then my order seems to be cancelled but no refund. Shocking service!!!
