This Company, if they exist at all, are the most appalling I have ever had to deal with. They certainly skirt around trading standards and there seems nothing anyone can do about them. Please somebody take this Company on because I have tried everything to make a return and get a refund. All telephone numbers advertised don't exist, no one responds to emails and as for return addresses - there are 4 as far as I can see and how many of these are genuine. I also now, having paid out £350, am wondering if the clothes are even genuine as the packaging was poor and the items had no labels.I think anyone considering purchasing or having bought from Trapstar should be worried as once your money has been taken, which they seem to do very well, the rest of the business if a complete failure in regards to it's customers and it would appear that someone is making a healthy profit out of us the duped customer.
I ordered a hoodie on Black Friday (bearing in mind it’s February) found out the logo was backwards and not on the front of the hoodie…I then sent it back via UPS, asked the customer service for how long it will take to get my refund, they have stated 3-5 days….It’s been 3 months now and they just stop responding to me..They have confirmed to me they have received it (also UPS email confirmed that too) but they are just taking money at this point. Clapped company
I'm not a Karen, but I spent £250 online 3 weeks ago nothing has been sent out. After chasing and being told my orders were being prepared I got emails saying all items were no longer in stock and I would receive a refund. I have only been refunded £50 from £200 I am expecting and had hoodie that looks second hand washed out faded. I took the hoodie into Trapstar Birmingham and the assistant laughed and said NEVER order online it's a joke but we can't accept online returns. Biggest Scammers in the industry avoid at all cost
Clothes never delivered, being ignored, I’ve ordered MANY things from trapstar, this has never happened, seems they are going downhill as I’ve just checked other reviews & they are terrible, all stating the same thing. Trapstar have turned into scammers, I do not understand why I’ve had no contact & no refund. What I bought were Christmas presents and my friends are very upset about it. Ordered 23rd October
I ordered two trapstar jackets by accident on the weekend when i was only meant to order one. i contacted trapstar about about cancelling one of the orders, not expecting much as i’ve heard they’re not great with customer service, but they were the exact opposite. Swift and efficient. They had replied to my email and managed to issue me a refund within a day of contacting them! Not to mention the fact that items are meant to take 9-12 workinf days to deliver, however mine only took two working days to deliver.👏🏾
Order received within 10 days but returned due to being too big. Return procedure very good and refunded within a week. I placed another order in smaller size and order arrived on 2nd working day. Surprised at negative reviews tbh. Quality of clothes looks good.
