Trapstar is good company however their delivery company is the worst which ups right. they said will deliver the trapstar bag on friday and they lied and said I wasnt home even tho I was at they said i need to pick it up. Message for trapstar just upgrade your delivery company please because UPS is worst delivery app.
I was bit worried in the beginning about the delivery after reading most of the customer reviews, but thankfully I didn’t have to deal with any delays or anything and I absolutely loved the product thanks Trapstar for such an amazing product and quick delivery.
Purchased a coat for my daughter in the sale for £140.00 down from £280.00. After only 6 weeks the material started coming away at the cuffs. Emailed in to Trapstar and was immediately offered 20% refund - declined as coat was clearly not fit for purpose. Advised to return for full refund. Upon receipt of the return Trapstar emailed to say no refund due as no manufacturing fault this was just wear and tear ?? After 6 weeks!!
If I could give them a 0 I would. Bought clothes from them 3 weeks ago, I emailed them this morning to ask where my parcel was and when it would be sent out to receive an email back cancelling my order. I got no reason as to why or a response to my email asking why. Absolutely dreadful, will NEVER order from them again. I’d rather buy reps of their crap then buy the real stuff.
Advertised a Black Friday deal of £5 tshirts. Purchased some of the tshirts kept my money for two weeks then give a refund with no communication! Suspect they were using the so called deal to get people to the website. Shocking will not buy from these again
I ordered an item from trapstar. The product came in broken at my home after 15 days. I’ve been trying to contact trapstar since Thursday the 7th but their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. No response at all. Now I have to pay to return the broken goods that I received and hopefully get my money back.
I bought a hyperdrive technical jacket with atrocious quality. 2 months of use led to the zipper tooth breaking and the inability to zip up. I emailed Trapstar about the quality issue and showed images. Laresa replied, had no clue what I was talking about, and thought I was talking about my item not being shipped. Trapstar is Scamming people from their hype selling Chinese mass-produced coats for 300$
