Awful presale experience

Kicked me out of ticket queue for no reason meaning I lost chance to buy tickets I'd been queuing for 15 minutes for, overcharged for tickets at the back, took weeks to send tickets.

Forward parking ticket at Malvern Autumn Show

The team didn’t seem to know about parking. They kept telling me to wait for something that just didn’t happen !I have had further emails from the team - apparently this ticket should have been delivered by Three Counties Shows. The team tried to sort this out - they kept contact with me - top marks for that.Better luck for me next time ?
