Excellent customer service

I just recieved excellent customer service from Anziya at AXS. I was not able to attend a concert I had booked and she arranged a refund promptly. Her attitude and efficiency were exemplary.

Not interested in reselling tickets

It was easy to book the tickets, but when I wasn't able to go and tried to sell the tickets through AXS, even though they were listed below the issue price they went unsold. Meantime, other resellers were selling tickets at 2 to 3 times face value. I won't be buying tickets though AXS again.

Good support making up for the app and…

Good support making up for the app and website.Neither the app nor website are allowing me to log in for tickets. Marie at the support desk tried to resolve this but was still unable to get us on after an internal password reset. However, she was able to explain how we can still secure tickets at the venue and what documentation we would need with us. Reassuring and helpful support on line.

TREXTASY 2025

I had read a few unfavourable reviews and was a little anxious regarding the ticket process. Needn't have been concerned, the whole process was as smooth as silk. I will definitely use ASX again.
