I made a foul up; they fixed it.

I made a foul up - a fatal fat-fingered mistake in an email address. I was in a massive panic about wasting £130 on tickets. AXS - and their great staff member- had it fixed with no effort within five hours of my pleading explanatory email. Splendid customer service. Very happy. Buying the tickets was a doddle too, provided you can type competently and wear your glasses.

Absolutely Incredible Customer Service

Absolutely incredible service from customer support regarding wheelchair access and tickets. I was struggling with the website. Tickets purchased and processed with such an understanding adviser👌*****
