Milad showed such empathy and kindness. He went above and beyond to support my daughter and I with getting tickets to a concert. From explaining the floor plan of the arena, ensuring our seats had minimal steps to having good views. His act of kindness and understanding made a big impact on me and my day felt much lighter.

Fantastic customer service!

Fantastic customer service from Milad today when I called to book some tickets for the RHS Malvern Show. I didn’t have the best mobile phone signal & Milad was really patient with me whilst I found a better spot to chat to him to book some tickets. He was very efficient & the whole call took less than 5-minutes, sadly I had to wait over 20-minutes for my call to be answered, but obviously that wasn’t the fault of Milad! Received the booking confirmation by email straight after the call so I feel confident the tickets were booked successfully. Thank you Milad!
