Waited for hours in a qué to get tickets. Finally get in to select tickets and only half the venue maps loads so I had to refresh then it kicked me out and called me a bot and no I didn't have any other pages open. Now my daughter won't be getting her birthday present next year.Your just as scummy and shady as ticket master. You should all be fined by anti monopoly laws!
I helped my friend purchase her tickets, as she was experiencing difficulty and helped purchase them for Vybz Kartel- BP Pulse Live for 19/09/25 which consists of x1 accessible ticket and x1 essential companion ticket. I am trying to transfer them to her email address.Was told to send email to request this transfer but still haven’t heard anything.This needs to be done urgently as the concert is on Friday 19th September.
Person who answered did all they could but the answer I received was not favourable. Digital tickets are not for everyone and make events very stressful. I purchased the tickets for my Mum and Dad as a birthday present. My Mum has accessible needs and because of this I cannot transfer the tickets that I purchased for them from my account to hers.She is now having to log into my account on the night and may need a verification code that comes to my phone before she can enter. She is worried she wont get in because of this. What was supposed to be a nice evening has turned into a stressful event!
