My 5 stars are for Aniko who has been super helpful to help me obtain a refund for an event I couldn’t attend with my sisters due to me now having cancer and not being well enough to go.When I first contacted AXS the person I was speaking to refused to really help even considering the circumstances. Just told me I had to wait to sell them and there was no other options. However I contacted them again (not being able to lose the money) and Aniko was so helpful. I sent over a letter confirming my condition and that I wasn’t allowed to go and he resolved it straight away with understanding and kindness. I’m truly grateful thank you.
It took me a while to find out how to contact AXS by live chat, and once I did I joined the chat but was 56th in the queue. I was a little concerned by this initially, but I stayed in the queue and it went down reasonably quickly.Anyway, once through to an operator, my problem was solved very quickly. I could not have wished for a more speedy resolution to my issue.My operator was called Aniko and was professional and knowledgeable. My minor query (a phone number change) was sorted out in a jiffy and I could not be happier with my experience using the AXS live chat.One very happy customer here!
Worst ticket site ever, been in a que for 5 hours for tickets, each time I get in it either says oh no somethings wrong and puts me back to the start or the few times I manage to get in I pick 2 tickets and then it says there no longer available so I move to next section in arena try pick another 2 tickets then it says I'm a bot and kicks me off, thought ticketmaster was bad..
was in a queue for tickets for ages, when i was finally let in i select tickets for them to say they’re unavailable. i go to select other tickets, they’re unavailable too. i continue selecting tickets until it says i am a bot and doesn’t let me do anything. this needs to be sorted out, you cannot show loads of tickets and not let people buy them, only to then say they’re a bot.i understand the bot detector and its intentions, but it’s insane how you are called a bot once and thats the whole thing gone. once you are called a bot there is no way out of it and you’ve lost your place in the queue and everything.
absolutely shocking service, got onto the selection of ticket page 3 times and each time kick me off after selecting tickets, then went back into the queue for me to be told no tickets left, bearing in mind that this is pre-sale for genuine fans, then you go on resale websites and the cost is more then 10 times the price and they have 100s of tickets available its an absolute farce of a system.
I helped my friend purchase her tickets, as she was experiencing difficulty and helped purchase them for Vybz Kartel- BP Pulse Live for 19/09/25 which consists of x1 accessible ticket and x1 essential companion ticket. I am trying to transfer them to her email address.Was told to send email to request this transfer but still haven’t heard anything.This needs to be done urgently as the concert is on Friday 19th September.
