Blocked for being a "BOT"

Laggy website even though they knew it would be busy with the Radiohead sale, Only to be kicked and told im a robot for clicking too much, you have to click to choose seats!!!! Utter joke, never used them before, never using them again.

Attempting to purchase Radiohead…

Attempting to purchase Radiohead tickets and having gone through all the effort of pre-registering and following all the rules on the day of purchase (one tab on one browser with no VPN or refresh rate) being told that I was a bot (by a bot) when I got to the front of the queue.

Bad experience

Tried to buy Radiohead tickets recently. The first 15 minutes the waiting room area kept crashing. When I did get in and got through the queue which took about 15 minutes, I was thrown out and told I was using a VPN or Apple private relay. I was using neither. I tried two different laptops, ethernet and Wi-Fi, three different browsers and my phone on 4G. Got thrown out every time. A waste of 1 1/2 hours and very disappointed as a long time Radiohead fan and website member..

Terrible experience trying to buy…

Terrible experience trying to buy tickets through AXS for Radiohead in London. Kept getting thrown out of the process and labelled a bot for absolutely no reason. Missed out thanks to AXS

It wasn't an overall great experience

It wasn't an overall great experience, the chat help which I had to use twice was really good, but the system kept blocking me thinking that I was a bot, I tried time and again to get the tickets, I spent all day trying, but absolutely no joy, really disappointing..

Broken website, untrustworthy service

Literally the worst experience I’ve had trying to buy tickets ever.I spent an entire morning trying to get tickets to Radiohead last month and it was a waste of time. First, the site was down. Next, I kept on getting kicked out the queue. When I finally got in, all the “available” tickets disappeared. Anything I managed to get to the checkout errored out. Eventually I kept on getting accused of being a bot. Kept on trying for hours and got incredibly frustrated. The website is just broken, errors everywhere. People I’ve spoken to have had a similar experience even past the sale process having tickets cancelled for various “reasons”. It doesn’t to appear to have stopped the touts or scalpers, and is basically unusable. I honestly had better luck getting festival tickets online during the 2000s. How is it so hard? Put 2FA in. Force people to log in with accounts you verify beforehand. Don’t let people buy more than 2 tickets. Once you have a ticket in your basket, lock it down! Don’t let too many people into the room! If you have access codes, then don’t give out more than there are tickets! Pay your software developers actual money. Buy some servers. Oh and please don’t offer to email me, I want your response public on here thanks.

Very poor customer service

Tried to buy tickets but website said payment failed twice so used alternative payment method then found out they had taken one of the original failed payments and won’t refund so now stuck with 4 full price tickets and a significant payment I could do without. Contacted them straight away but refused point blank to help me and to cancel “failed” payment and extra tickets
