Poor customer service. I can not get logged into my account either on the app or the Internet. Despite having my account reset by customer services several times. I am unable to access my tickets for my gig next week. Despite having difficultg accessing my tickets. They are unwilling to offer any other solution to allow me to access my tickets. They will not allow me to pick up my tickets at the venue stating they only use digital tickets. I have been disconnected by their customer services twice, their only suggestions are to reinstall the app, which I have done several times, the app will not work on my own, my husbands or daughters phone. I have been told to turn WiFi off and only use mobile data, which has not been a solution as I still get the same error message that my email/password is not recognised. I am at a loss as to what else I can do. I have spent over £100 on tickets that I can not access. My daughter is extremely upset that she can not go to the concert next week.I have just had a response from Axs following my review on trust pilot. They have basically sent me the same email. Advised me to reinstall the app, change password, turn off WiFi, use mobile data, turn off vpn. I am still no further forward
