First off square deactivated my account without any reason and said they were holding my money for 90 days. It’s been well pass 90 days and when I do get in touch with a rep they say give it 1-2 days just wait. How many 1-2 days do I have to wait in order to receive my coins.
My situation a salesman (unknown no appointment) waited till staff was busy picked up terminal and quickly ran reports to show savings. Staff can't make decisions but he didn't know who did. Contacted help line and received a solution to problem with in hours it was corrected. My fault for not having locked out the report center, but help was at the end of phone call. Just luck it had not happened prior. Please remember service and quality do have a cost involved.
It’s been almost two weeks since I ordered on their website and the items are stuck in their warehouse. They haven’t updated me and reaching customer service is tricky.Their products are great but this is my first time ordering online and not a good start.
