I Can See How Jack Dorsey is a Billionaire

We are a wedding photo & video company based in Denver, Colorado. We signed up with Square for our credit card processing. We were able to use this service for two transactions and received our money. However, after the third transaction, they closed our account and kept the $2600 that is currently in the account and we cannot get it out. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY!!!!!

I love the easement of using square

I love the easement of using square. We use square for our pizzeria and while our customer base grows so does squares involvement. We chose square for our small business and the ease of setting up and all they offer, so happy to be using square and don't plan on leaving.

These boots are extremely…UNCOMFORTABLE

These boots are extremely uncomfortable. I have tried to give them time to break in by forcing myself to wear them for as long as I can tolerate the pain. The foot padding is terrible and my toes feel like they are being crushed.

Great For Small Business

We are a small business and setting up a business account was easy and hassle free. We had some fraudulent charges on our account and I clicked the dispute button. The matter was solved and my account was credited within a couple days. This was much better than any big bank we normally use.

Poor Handling of Personal Information

When I finally was able to access a chat with a rep, my problem was resolved quickly. That said, the thing that caused the issue should never have happened and getting to a rep via chat was just a mind-numbing click maise. The problem: Square sends vendor purchase receipts to ANY email address that has EVER used your credit card for payment. I let my daughter use my cc for a purchase years ago when she was in college. This week when I paid a Square vendor, the receipt came to the email address I provided AND to my daughter's email address. While this was no big privacy threat for me personally since it is my daughter, it is just really poor handling of personal information by Square. I can imagine ex-spouses or significant others getting time-stamped purchases and location data that they were never meant to receive. Clean up you your act, Square!
