Reliable Compressors and Excellent Service

I have five 15 HP compressors installed across my tire shops and can confidently say that the company stands behind their products. They only requested that I use OEM parts and follow the recommended maintenance schedule, which is reasonable for equipment upkeep. When one of my compressors failed, they quickly arranged for its return for inspection. After evaluating the issue, they sent me a brand-new replacement compressor — a level of customer support that is rare! I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking dependable compressors and outstanding service.

Extremely Unsatisfactory Experience

Extremely Unsatisfactory Experience – Deceptive Sales Practices, Lack of Support, $70,000+ Equipment Wasted. About two years ago, we invested in an air compressor and paid the full amount upfront. The sales representative assured us (in writing) that the unit would be properly packaged, installed, and supported by their technical team. Trusting these guarantees, we proceeded with the purchase. Upon delivery, we were appalled to discover the unit was not fully assembled and required extensive on-site assembly by our team. The installation manual was vague and confusing, and vital technical information was never adequately communicated. We repeatedly requested that a technician be sent to our site, as initially promised. Email records confirm their acknowledgment of our request and their commitment to send someone. However, no technician ever arrived. When issues arose post-installation, the company quickly shifted the blame to us, claiming the installation was incorrect, despite: their inadequate documentation, refusal to provide on-site support, and failure to uphold their original installation promise. The salesperson became defensive and evasive, constantly arguing rather than resolving the issue. Consequently, this compressor — costing us approximately USD 70,000–80,000 — has sat unused in our warehouse without operation for even a minute. Based on our experience, the company seems to function merely as an assembly entity with severely lacking after-sales support and questionable business ethics. I strongly advise potential buyers: do not trust verbal or written assurances from their sales team, and be prepared for a lack of genuine technical support post-payment. This has been a very expensive and disheartening lesson for us.

Misleading Warranty Claims

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY: We purchased a screw compressor based on their promises of “no surprises,” “no downtime,” and a “10-year warranty.” Within a year, the motor failed. Despite following all maintenance and cleaning guidelines, they denied the warranty, attributing the problem to a “dusty” environment. It took them 10 days to provide this excuse. Their warranty guarantees are not genuine. Stay far away from this company.

Awful company to deal with

We bought a product from them within the last 12 months and the company stated they had a 10-year warranty. The warranty was backed by proper upkeep. We did all of the things they told us to do and more. Then when the motor blew they denied our claim saying it was "too dusty" even though we cleaned it every week. After days on end of no response from their customer service team, finally they actually looked. Any by looked at it I mean they just viewed a picture we submitted and denied us from that. There is no due diligence with this company and no justifiable reasoning to deny our warranty. They clearly mislead their customers by saying it is backed by a non-existent warranty. It is extremely frustrating and now we are out thousands of dollars and have no air compressor during our busiest time of the year which has resulted in significant shipping delays. They claim American made but their products clearly are not. Just an awful company with terrible business practices.
