I had a deeply disappointing experience…

I had a deeply disappointing experience with V1CE. I placed an order on December 1st and received no updates. After contacting support on December 4th, I received a design brief email, responded immediately, and then heard nothing back.It wasn’t until December 19th that I got a design to approve, which I promptly did, but there was still no communication or progress after that. I followed up repeatedly, including on December 23rd, asking for updates, and received no response.The lack of communication and customer service has been appalling. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I am now demanding a refund. I cannot recommend V1CE based on this experience.

Great Product(s), excellent customer service

I reordered a card and within the hour, I got the proof for print. With 2 changes, the finalized order was ready for further processing that evening (Friday). I did have a couple of questions after placing the order, and Anna was most helpful, courteous, and a problem solver. This is how customer care is done!

I thought I had worn my card out!

I thought I had worn out one of my cards, but after talking to John Rex and walking through installing the software (iPhone), Reset the NFC chip and now I'm free to tap and be tapped!Great help!
