Had this for a few years now. They used to be very good, product was sound although they had to issues with address format which I spent some time assisting one of their designers to correct and he did a good job.Recently they've changed everything and whilst the interface is better, my card has been downgraded and inserted advertising and they expect me to pay a subscription to remove the ads and unlock what I previously had for free in my initial purchase price, a complete disregard for UK sale of goods laws. Also, after the software update, the address has reverted to the incorrect style, putting the county immediately after the first line of the address instead of just before the postcode (iOS). Also made the country of residence a mandatory field which looks silly on a professional business card contact info.Didn't use this card much as it was a bit gimmicky and rarely worked, but with their recent changes and their disregard of what I have already paid for, I can't see that I'll be using this much at all now. UPDATE:Following escalation of my complaint V1CE provided me with a free subscription which reinstated my card and account to is original status. V1CE has always been quick to respond to any issues raised and their CS has always been quite good so I was disappointed with the initial response of trying to force me down a subscription route. But now I'm pleased to say they have not only redeemed themselves but have resolved my complaint regarding subscription and they are happy to work with me to overcome the address issue which I understand affects iOS device address formats. Lets see.... Happy to recommend them again
One of the most glitchiest apps ever. Always encountered a problem! Most recent one: I requested support early on a Monday as a feature would not work properly, which would affect me collecting customers details at an exhibition. I chased TWICE. Come Friday, still no news so I had to find an alternative for my Sunday exhibition. Would NOT recommend.
I could not switch between different cards to showe diufferent profiles. This was on the web and the app. Fortunately within a few minutes John was able to resolve the issue and I am now good to go. I love your product, have had a card for a long time, and your support now makes me an even bigger fan.
