Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Same experience as everyone else. Ordered £200 worth of stuff, said it was dispatched. Tracking number did nothing. Emailed and they said it's lost. Asked for a refund once I saw these reviews and they said it was out of their terms of service to refund as it was lost. Do not order.

Scammers!

Scammers!! Be careful. It's a shame that I not only lost my hard-earned money, did not receive the order, but also wasted time on constant communication with them. They constantly make excuses, lost the pleasure, will send again, will not return the money, and in the end no action on their part. Be careful before placing an order. Definitely scammers. It's a pity that I did not read the review earlier

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'.

I'm currently going through paypal to get a refund. I bought 2 jackets in December. They arrived well after the date promised. They are cheap looking and badly fitting. Trying to return them has been a nightmare. Like others have said, Valentimode have told me I need to send them back to China when their returns policy states The Netherlands. They have now stopped communicating completely.

Scam

This website is a scam. They claim to be based in the Netherlands, but they are actually based in China. They lost my shipment and refused to cancel or issue a refund. Instead, they sent another item without my consent and don’t even want it now who knows what will arrive in terms of promised quality. Terrible experience—do not use this company!

I am unable to get hold of anybody at…

I am unable to get hold of anybody at Valenti Mode after they've taken payment but no shipment in site for a coat. Other than their email which I've messaged several times and contact number on the site (which says voice mailbox full) does anyone have an alternative contact? I can't get through. Realise I should not have ordered from them.

Avoid at all costs!

A sham of a company. Not based in Netherlands at all - it's China. Items not true to size and you are asked to return to China - and wait for a refund if they deem to issue. Contrary to the returns policy published on Website! Absolute scam of a company and I am taking action via my credit card supplier.

BEWARE!

I ordered a ‘Cashmere’ jumper. The package arrived approximately 3 weeks later. No tags, labels or washing instructions, on the jumper, and definitely not cashmere. I contacted the company…. they offered 30% off or I could pay for the return postage to China. Fortunately, I had paid through Pay Pal and, through them, received a full refund of £71.95.

LIARS AND SCAMMERS

LIARS AND SCAMMERS. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEI wanted to return to 2 substandard coats. Emails to and fro with the 'company' for weeks. They gave excuse after excuse. Wanting me to return the coats to China! ....not happening. If I could give a zero I would.
