No customer service

I wanted to return my item and they said I have to pay myself for the return and postage all the way back to China. Ridiculous. Doesn't mention this on their website.

This company may be improving, but still has a long way to go

It feels as though this company may be improving slightly, based on the original comments and reviews. However mine is a painful and repetitive story same as everyone else who has left a review.The jumper I received was clearly not cashmere, and had no labels for care, country of origin or material.I immediately asked to return and refund, this was followed by delayed emails from VALENTI customer service asking for pictures of issue, then offer of 20% and 30 % discount. I politely declined, eventually ' Sarah' mailed me to say that the jumper must be returned to China to asses if I was eligible for a refund. I just needed to pay the shipping. I explained at length that their website promises FREE Returns, there are no caveats as to when or why you can't return it.Anyhoo Klarma has refunded my initial payment and cancelled the debt.I have a slightly dodgy Cashmere jumper for free. It has only taken 6 weeks.Be patient and polite is my advice.

ZERO STARS REVIEW.

Would offer ZERO stars if I could to these scammers. The negative reviews are right. Ridiculous customer service. A website full of Chinese terrible quality products and lies of promises of full refund and free returns. Their responses on email seem like they’re written in AI, and they’ll just ignore your requests for full refund and offer a stupid discount to their store. Currently opened a claim with PayPal. DO NOT BUY

Company needs closing down I’m sure it won’t be long. I’m also have had the same experience as others still waiting on a Christmas present for my daughter that was order on the 14th December when it finally arrives I will be sending it back. The company needs educating in excellent customer service absolute joke 🤬

It's a scam. You'll never receive your goods or your money back

This company is sickening. I was promised a refund for goods never sent. They lied and said they would refund. Don’t buy anything from them unless you just want to give them your cash as a gift.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!I was sent an item that took over a month to come. When it arrived it was ripped, too small and the quality is very bad. It feels like the coat is stuffed with cotton wool balls. I have now be back and forth with them for about 3 weeks trying to get a refund and they are refusing even tho the item is not fit for purpose and it is very small. Please never use this website and it is the worse one I have ever used. If they do not refund me I will be seeking legal advice.

Extremely rubbish customer service!

Good quality item by the looks so far! but deffo only getting a 1 star review for extreme poor customer service and service in general! I ordered a new jacket on the 31st December! it just started that my item was ‘ready to ship for about 11 days it was never sent till the 11th January! I emailed this company twice with NO RESPONSE AT ALL, honestly I thought I had been had and took for nearly £50 the tracking is total garbage as I have finally received my item but it apparently is in Canada US, I live in the UK so thats wrong!😅 honestly i’d avoid this company for there disinterest in customers and more interest in money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Same situation as all the other reviews. It took a month to come and they have been taking a week each time to reply to me regarding a returns label and now saying they have a strict returns policy of 30 days and we are now over the 30 days so cannot return! Appalling customer service! I just wish I had read the reviews before.

They lie about returns Don't order from them

I ordered a coat from them, as they market that they do free returns, the coat arrived and was too small not to mention very cheap material as well, I emailed asking for a refund and the customer service is so bad that you only get a reply once a week, I've been going back and forth on email about my return for over a month now, this is insanity. Also if you think any of the stuff is "high quality" your wrong its all very cheap, poorly made goods from China.
