Its a Torture going on with my order.. Their response to email's is by ROBOT/AI's/BOTS. Fourth time they said package lost... informed by logistics confirm your address to post it at free of cost.. AND never shared tracking details as they are dummies. Not willing to REFUNF or SEND the product... MONEY is GONE...Has anyone tried to complain legally to bring the website down and cheat more customers?
This is the most dishonest company. Never received my order and after numerous requests for a refund they concluded the conversation by asking me to rate my experience with their company - basically laughing at me. Scam company who are obviously making millions, simply blatantly stealing people’s money - no goods will ever complete your order!!Steer clear of this awful, arrogantly criminal company.
I bought a jacket for my son , in large ! Its not Large , but small , I am trying to return the jacket to no avail .No response from from my emails asking how to return jacket .The telephone number does not ring through ,How are they allowed to trade !Made and shipped out from China
So I sent a link for a faux fur full length coat to my partner, to order for a Christmas gift. Stupidly I didn't check the reviews here before he ordered it, and was mortified when I saw the poor reviews. I actually didn't expect it to show up. However, It did show up, taking just over two weeks to get to UK from Europe, which I think is fair over Christmas. Item is as described. I feel very fortunate that it arrived and it was as pictured and the right size! Phew... lot's of things could've gone wrong but all is good. Four stars and not five due to anxiety of wondering whether it would show up and in what condition.
ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! exactly the same horrible story of taking my money with empty promises to refund me and still haven’t!! Multiple emails from AI promising a refund then now saying they can’t refund me until I receive the order and fill in a form. Ordered a coat in November and nothing!! How do we escalate this further???? This company needs to be reported and shut down and our money given back.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY. This is a Chinese brand trying to act like a European company. Awful shipping time and awful jacket quality. This will not keep you warm and the size was so off. Don’t buy this if you don’t want to be scammed. I asked for a refund but have not had a reply
