I would give zero stars if that were an option. This store should not be allowed to operate. I never received my item and got no response regarding my refund request. I had to report it to my bank and received my money back in ten minutes. STAY AWAY!
I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. There’s not much more to say; this is obviously a fraudulent company. I ordered a coat in January and it never arrived. I sent constant emails, but always received the same reply about another shipment. Do not use this service; they likely profited illegally and may have shut down.
I bought three jackets and two sweaters, and the quality was terrible. I returned four items worth over £200 and paid a hefty shipping cost of £36. It’s been three months of back and forth emails, and now their email address has bounced back, meaning they’ve essentially conned me with no refund.
