Appalling company. Ordered a "cashmere" product. When it arrived it was synthetic and vile. I emailed to request a full refund and free return. I was offered an "exchange" instead. I replied advising I don't want an exchange - I want a refund. Now I've been told I must pay for the product to be returned to their factory in China! I'm now threatening trading standards on the basis of false advertising. Let's see what comes back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAMMERS.
Yes scammers! I ordered a pair of boots in October, when they arrived the name inside the boot was Massimo Dutti, even though they described them as their own brand. I have been emailing since October for a return label and they keep offering a discount to keep...But the boots are too big!!! Still emailing and still no return label.
The jacket was late in delivery and as it was a present I had to buy an alternative coat. Trying to contact them was a nightmare but I did eventually get hold of them and was told to send it back to their warehouse in China with registered post that I had to pay for. Still I persevered and saw that it was held in Chinese customs. Waited and waited then forgot about it until 6 months later when our postman handed it back to me. Now seen that their website is down! What a crock of sh*t avoid Valenti at all costs
Cashmere!!!!jumper arrived, obv not cashmere.. I must say they were very good at communicating, however asked me to return to China and I had to pay postage although their website states to return to the Netherlands (the reason I bought from this company) and they pay postage. I paid through PayPal and luckily got a refund…..
I ordered a jumper for my wife in November. She had seen the jumper using a search engine and asked if I could order one like it. I decided to order the same one from the picture on the website. MASSIVE MISTAKE.I started to smell a rat when delivery was taking longer than stated on their website. Although the website shows a Dutch address the tracking showed the jumper was shipped from China. The jumper arrived 12 working days after shipment rather than the 4-7 working days advised on their site.The jumper arrived and was definitely not cashmere as advertised. I advised Valenti via email that the jumper was not suitable and I would like to return it for a refund. I have now gone through a tortuous process of emails going back and forth with various 'solutions.' One of these was retaining the jumper for a 20% refund (this was rejected and then the offer increased to 30%). This was also to enable me to be eco friendly by not returning the item! Not a problem when it was shipped to me from China.Various other emails followed including a request to send pictures of the jumper (?), a manager needing to authorise the return and eventually being told I would have to pay to return the item back to China rather than Holland, which it states on its website that returns need to be sent to. This is despite previous emails advising that they would send me a returns label.I have two firsts in dealing with Valenti. Firstly, writing this review. I've never written a review about a company before, such is my bad experience dealing with this company. And secondly I have done a chargeback with my credit card company. Never ever done this before. If you do find yourself in the position of wanting to return an item for refund and you are getting nowhere than use the chargeback option.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
SCAMMERS- Would give 0 stars if I could, the company states FREE refunds and returns in 30 days, the reason I bought from them. They now want me to send Back at cost to myself as apparently it’s a mistake on the website, total scammers. I don’t trust they will refund once received.
I would give it no bloody stars , biggest scam site I have ever seen , shit quality products and Ai generated responses, who is this sarah team leader that's now involved in my return piss take of a company. I got my money back from KLARNA so now I'm going to set fire to the jackets and send them pictures lol
