Review Time
After 2 weeks asking to return an item I finally got response saying to return to China and it would be at my own expense. Despite it saying free returns on website and it listing a Netherlands address on the website . This website should be shut down as it’s operating under false pretences.
As previous reviews. My cashmere jumper arrived after 4 weeks and was obviously not cashmere. It had no size labels in the jumper no branding and no wash label. Nowhere did it say the company was in China as I would not have bought it had I known. Avoid like the plague cc
Couldn't score them low enough ,the website is a farce ,do not go near this company ,it should be taken down ,,their ripping people off constantly, please read my review and take it seriously, they are bad news ,wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy,honestly can't explain how bad this company is... minus 5 stars maybe even even minus 20 if there was such a score ,that would be theirs
I cannot believe this company is allowed to trade. I too received a 'cashmere' jumper, which is definitely not cashmere, took nearly 1 month to arrive. Extremely bad quality, I paid £80 but looks like it should be £10 from a market! I've requested a refund and was also told I have to ship back to China at my own expense, despite the website offering 30 days free returns to the Netherlands!!Customer service is terrible. When I checked at the post office the cheapest tracked postage to China is £20, so I'd be £90 out of pocket. Hoping my credit card company can help.Clever marketing
Do not buy from this site!! If you need to return they will instruct you to send back to China and not to Netherlands. Their website is full of lies! I had a very bad experience what I ordered was complete different from what they advertised online. As per Dutch law the company has to accept returns but they abused the law and I have lost £100. Don’t buy from this site!!!
Absolutely terrible experience!! My was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days but took over two weeks and came from China, not the Netherlands as advertised. The boots arrived in a plastic bag, not a shoe box, and are poor quality—nothing like the description or photos. I’ve emailed asking for a return label, but no response. Hopefully my bank can issue a refund!
Terrible customer service. Be warned. Dismissive attitude. An order made on 12th December was supposed to arrive in 4-7 days - it was a Christmas present. It didn’t arrive so we tried to cancel the order. They refused because it was ‘already in the system’. It finally turned up on 6th January and was no longer needed nor wanted. Tried to just return it but no return service offered and told to ship it back to China (!) at our own cost. A ridiculous system. Tried to reason but no joy - just dismissed as our own fault. In breach of contract under Consumer Rights Act 2015. Terrible company. Be warned.
Worst company ever took more than 3 weeks to ship and the quality is absolutely shocking, the online images looked very good and then the product came it was shockingly bad and not anything like the advertised product. Stay well clear of these scammers. I've read the reviews for refund and so I'll be in with another battle. Also they provide a fake shipping number, I had to contact them numerous times to get an actual shipping number.
