Review Time
The Vantique ads online describe a quilt but what I received was NOT a quilt! It had quilt-like machine stitching, but the fact that it had hardly a whisper of batting and was like 2 thin bedsheets doesn't make it a quilt! Their return policy is of NO consequence. I'm out $145 for nothing. If you're on the fence, jump off and run away. You can get a much better product in the Cracker Barrel gift shop and at a reasonable price!
The item pictures on the website and the item I received are very different. I received my quilt yesterday and it does not look like the item pictured on the website. The back and binding at the sides are black, not a coastal blue as shown in the picture. Also the website shows quilt stitches that follow and enhance the printed top, the item shipped to me is all over generic, uniform quilting done by quilting machine. Very disappointed with this item.
The chicken placemats are cute and fun, making family dinners more enjoyable! Although there was a missing placemat in the set when it arrived, customer service was quick to assist and had the missing item shipped right away. It was definitely worth the wait, and I'm really happy with the product and the great support!
This Company is A SCAM! did not get what i ordered instead of an ugly Table Runner with a horrible Gray border! then gave me some ridiculous address in China '84" Letters Long not the one in California where it came from! !Said Iwould have to pay postage & restocking Fee to send it to China??Send it to a LIN Ding ?? TEXT THE DAY I GOT IT & EVEN SENT PICTURES ! A $75.00 LESSON THAT CROOKS AT VANTIQUE WILL GET A BBB & FACE BOOK "F'' FOR HONESTY!SHAME ON THE POEPLE THAT WORK THERE !ONLY HOPE THAT WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND !BBB gives them a "F" !
The quilt was not an actual quilt. Just a printed design of cheap material. Very thin. Not quilted with pieces. It's misleading to show a picture of a thick comfy quilt and u get a picture printout on material with a binding around it. Just sewn with a quited sewing pattern. I will not buy again. False advertisement.
