The chicken placemats are absolutely adorable! The design is playful and charming, perfect for adding a fun touch to my dining table. The only downside was that one placemat arrived with a slight defect. However, I contacted customer service, and they handled it quickly and efficiently, ensuring I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Great service and a lovely product!
The Dragon Bedding Set is absolutely stunning! The bold and vibrant dragon design really stands out and adds a unique touch to my room. I couldn't be happier with how it looks and how it brings a sense of power and energy to the space. The only downside was that the shipping took a little longer than expected, but once it arrived, I was completely satisfied - it was definitely worth the wait.
What I received looked nothing like what I ordered. I ordered 5/8/25 Product arrived 6/9/25- The item I ordered was bold, vibrant and colorful. The quilting was done to highlight the the areas of the picture and in colors that blended well with the fabric colors. The edging was dark and unnoticeable. The item I received was washed out colors with squiggle quilting throughout in white thread which contrasted with the pictures in the item and crisscrossed everything in the picture. The edging was white and looked awful.
The website seems to show actual quilts, but these are printed-on designs, with only a few stitches that follow the quilt prints. The colors are quite harsh, too. I also waited at least a month, and soon saw they were from China. I wouldn't buy them again.
I ordered a table runner from Vantique. Firstly, the border is crooked which is very obvious because the fabric near the binding has stars on it which are displayed in rows. On one side of the runner the fabric is cut and stitched so that first you see three stars in a row and then as you look down the runner it goes down to one star, then it works its way back up to two stars and then three. All around the runner nothing is cut and stitched evenly and even my ten year old granddaughter commented on it be I said anything. In the picture on the website the runner looks thick and the flowers look like the way they’re stitched that they are almost three dimensional. The product I received is very thin. It looks like something you might pick up at Dollar Tree for around $5. This runner is cheap junk that I will not put on my table. Vantique is a scam with a bunch of crooks running it. They have no return policy not even for good which are defective or do not meet the expectations that are shown in their photos. Please don’t buy from this so called company or you too will be out of your hard earned money.
The Rabbit Bedding Set is perfect for my daughter's room! The design is cute and cheeful, creating a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, one of the pillowcases was missing, but customer service was quick to respond and resolved the issue immediately. I'm really happy with how they handled it and the product overall!
Overpriced and VERY low quality. The difference in the photo online and the actual piece is substantial. The photo online shows a beautifully made quilt. When I received the item, it was a piece of printed polyester fabric with lines sewn in it, absolutely no quilting to it. The border color was bluish gray, unlike the black that the online store photos displayed. I wish I could post the pictures, I think most people would be appalled.
What you receive is not what's pictured. Total bait and switch. Can't add pics apparently, but: Rich blue background advertised, dark quilting thread, dark edging. Received flat black background, white quilting thread, grey edging, just ugly. Not sure how they give the look of depth in the advertised photo, but what you get is a plain patterned fabric quilted to a backing, zero relief. Took almost a month to get here and I had to keep writing them for updates
