DO NOT BUY from this company!! You will be paying $130 for a cheap, screen printed "quilt" that is only called that because they run a machine over the fabric with a simple quilt stitch. They will refuse to work with you on a refund and will give excuse after excuse as to why your item is not "defective". By far, the WORST customer service. This company has no integrity, customer care and will literally rob you of your money for a thin, blurry item that you will not want to display on your bed or anywhere else.
The product that is presented online is not what I received. The product I ordered was supposed to be a quilted blanket and pillow cases (Honey Bee Dreams Quilted Set). What I received is not quilted, but rather a print on a blanket. They are not advertising what they actually sell. A misrepresentation. I’m considering a refund but since the product came from China (not D.C. like their website says), I’m afraid the shipping is gonna cost more than what I paid LOL.
Product is not reversible quilt as pictured. Machine quilted, black on one side. Picture is printed on quilt, not different material colors. Queen size blanket was thin enough to fit in my mailbox. Not worth the cost.
I am currently in email exchange with this company. I was sent an item completely different from what I ordered and I was overcharged for the order. The order I placed was for 166.23 and what my card was charged was 182.85. Vantique has offered a 30% refund of just the cost of the item of 139.95 or for a full refund minus shipping charges I have to pay to ship this item to 132 Gaolong West Road, Kaku Shang Zhonggao City, Gaobu Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, 523084 which will cost more than the total cost I have incurred for this purchase. I am still trying to get this company to do the right thing and give me a full refund ,but am doubting this will happen.

The quilt and pillowcases that finally came were beautiful, the Surf-and-Sand picture with vibrant colors and a wonderful depiction of a beach scene. My only complaint is that it took a month for it to show up and I had to email the Vantique office to let them know that my order hadn't shown up.
Boy they are happy to take your money. Now, if you want to actually receive anything regardless of quality, that's a whole different thing. The only time the product moves on the shipping tracker is when you write to complain. Then it moves one step. Haven't even received the product yet but at this point I am not looking forward to it.
