Review Time
I was reviewing an order and was changing my mind after seeing red flags about this company online. When I returned to my cart the order had already been processed without me confirming or submitting the final say so on the order. I quickly replied to the order confirmation email that the company sent and asked them to promptly cancel. They say they have canceled it but I still need to check and make sure that this is true. I would not do business with this company due to customer bad reviews of product, misleading pictures of product, and the experience that I had with my basket being processed without my final confirmation. I'll look for quilts elsewhere.
I am a native Texan and a retired Texas History teacher of 30 years. I have always wanted to have a Texas themed room. When I saw the bedspread advertised on Facebook of a Texas bedspread, I ordered it. I received it yesterday and love it! My only advice is to be patient as it takes awhile to get. All of my email correspondence was replied to promptly. I was not disappointed and it was worth the wait!
The add picture looks so much better than the actual product, it’s false advertising at best. In the picture it looks like a quilt in actuality it’s two sheets sewn together. Wasn’t worth the wait (6 weeks) made outside of the United States. or the money. $250 would have been better off ordering from the Amish. Better quality and cheaper.
Lies lies, and lies. Pictures are deceptive. Shipping is doubled, and they have no phone number or refund policy. terrible and cheap products, not puffed up on turtles or shells, and can't fold over, Pictures and review are fake!Super thin! so sad! DONT BUY
The quilt I received did not match the product images. The design looks like a low-resolution image that was enlarged and printed onto fabric, resulting in a noticeably poor-quality appearance. I had planned to purchase additional quilts, but based on this experience, I will not buy from this company again.While I support global commerce, I expect honesty and transparency. This company is based in China, despite being presented as a U.S.-based business. Additionally, although the total price at checkout—including tax, shipping, insurance, and tip—was $162, I was unexpectedly charged an extra 10% ($16.20) after the fact. While the charge was eventually refunded, adding undisclosed fees post-purchase is unethical and unacceptable.
