Terrible experience, first time ordered two glasses and both don’t fit me so I wrote to them to return and they said they don’t accept return, I am like what?????? Are yous serious guys??? Your glasses do not fit me! So waiting for them to reply which has been three days so far no reply horrible company

I wish I would have researched the company before I purchased a pair of glasses. The sunglasses were pretty pricey, but I read the return policy of 14 days and went ahead and bought them. The glasses I received were not great quality, and I’m pretty sure made for a child. I return them instantly, had to pay a lot to ship back to Australia, which I wasn’t aware of at the time of purchase. Then received a store credit because in the fine print on a totally separate page, they only do store credit. Total scam!
