Too large in size and fall off. They don’t do returns or refunds on their 2:1 offer. Defs a scam on their T&Cs. Shame a friend had a big head and referred me. 👎 Defs not a quality brand.

Very cheap quality. DIXIE modle much smaller than they look on photos.The packaging costs more than the sunglasses. Cannot return them either. Complete waste of 200€ Dont think they cost more than 4€ to make.

Please don’t buy from this company. If you buy any sunglasses be sure that they fit correctly and that you’re happy with them. Customer service is lacking and delay response. Product isn’t that great so save your money and go elsewhere!

Brands that advertise in the European market and collaborate with influencers must align their return policies with the country of sale.A policy of no refund – only exchange for store credit at the customer's own expense, shipped back to Australia is unacceptable.At the same time, the brand aggressively promotes offers such as “buy one, get one free” on sunglasses, which raises serious questions about the true quality of a product priced at €200.Practices like this should be banned in the EU. Admittedly, in today’s age of online shopping, enforcing such standards is challenging.However, any brand that values fair treatment of its customers should clearly disclose its return and refund policy upfront.
