They are holding my money hostage…

They are holding my money hostage pretending I am still going to kyc I sent them the fee to finish’s the kyc and free up my koney They refuse to acknowledge I paid. Although on their website site the show I was debited the $359 I sent which is the validation fee they required

Vault is exactly what we needed and had…

Vault is exactly what we needed and had been looking for! Thank you Vault for making our US and European customer payments seamless, for helping us save money on our USD spend (which we are now paying for directly with the USD we received from customers). For context, we run a Canadian business with 99% of our customers abroad. If you're in the same situation, you know that receiving payments from US customers on a Canadian USD bank account is extremely painful. It's now a breeze since our USD Vault account is localized in the US and accepts ACH transfers. Same for European transfers. The team is extremely responsive and helpful. We noticed the negative reviews are usually from the US and are probably targeting a different business. The only problem with Vault is their way-too-common name - looking forward to the rebranding!

My card information was stolen

My card information was stolen, and I tried for 5 days to get a response from customer service. I got a letter in the mail stating my case was closed upon "investigation" and no fault was found. MY ENTIRE paycheck for the week was spent at a Krogers over 200 miles from where I live!! The agents act like they have no clue what you are saying and no matter how many questions I tried to ask, they kept trying to end the call. How will I get my money back at this rate???

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

This bank is very useless when it comes to protecting your money!!!!!! My Vault card was stolen and trying to get back into my account or even help from customer service because I couldn’t access my new virtual card is just ridiculous. I have been dealing with customer service for almost 12 hours about a situation regarding my virtual card and now getting locked out my account to not being able to receive emails in order to charge my password with little to no help at all!!!! Something is clearly wrong. I’m receiving emails saying my information has been updated when it’s not even me updating my information!!!! I’m not sure what needs to happen but one thing for sure I will suggest people not to use Vault at all!!!!! I have been feeling like I’ve been talking to a box of rocks every time I have to call customer service!!!!

We've been using Vault for a while now, and I'm very satisfied with their service.The team is hardworking and reliable. Even though they haven't been around for a very long time, they have some really interesting ideas and keep releasing new features regularly, which shows their commitment to growth and improvement.On top of that, they are very responsive. Every time we’ve needed support or had a request, they’ve quickly looked into it and helped us out.Overall, I’m happy with their service and recommend them!

How banking should be!

Vault has been a seamless and stress-free banking experience for us, which is hard to find in Canada. Finally, we can just get on with running our business instead of having to deal with bank stresses, physical branches and call centers.Vaults self-serve experience is super impressive and we're super excited to see them pushing updates regularly!

Super impressed by Vault since switching over. Phenomenal customer service and actually feels like the care and go out of their way to support.So impressed by the services they offer. As a global non profit business their ability to effortlessly switch currencies is a game changer. Their payment fees are the lowestI’ve seen and their cash back and investment options are great ways to make easy additional income that we never knew about.10/10

You can certainly not rely on this bank

You can certainly not rely on this bank. It’s not ready at all. 3 times in 1 years my card just casually “not supported”. And it’s very long to talk to someone so it takes days to resolve issues. I never had a bad service and a mediocre product like this… honestly.
