Best customer service ever. And from a bank!I've used Venn for almost a year now. This the second time I have contact support via Chatbot. While the chatbot isn't great, both times it didn't really solve my problem -- what IS GREAT is that in both instances, almost immediately after I finished my chatbot session a human reached out with a perfect solution!You feel like a valued customer, and it really shows in how they work hard to help you.
Venn has great support, their team seems to always be readily available and they always try to go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. In my case, Michael had made sure to deeply understand my issue and then proceeded to stay on top of the ticket proactively until it was solved.Beyond the support, the product is fantastic. Looking through it and its functionality, costs etc. it's tough to imagine going back to any of the traditional banks. Give Venn a shot!
What a frustrating waste of time. I went through their entire application process, submitted all required government documentation, completed full ID verification on day one - and then spent two whole days being strung along with vague, one-line emails asking for more and more info. I even provided my business website. Then they asked for social media accounts. I explained that the business is still in its early stages and doesn’t yet have a social presence, but I offered additional government documentation to make up for this. No response. Just a short, automated email saying my application was denied — with zero explanation.Apparently, having a solid business foundation and legitimate government paperwork isn’t enough unless you also have an Instagram following. Their customer service was cold, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. It felt like they were just looking for reasons to say no.Judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. Save yourself the time and the trouble - avoid this company!
I created a new account to test this out; however, the system refuses to let me log in and does not allow for password recovery. I haven't tried the product, but given their failure to figure out logins, I wouldn't trust them or the platform with any funds. What a waste of $21.5 million in funding!
