Well Thursday I went to pharmacy and my card was locked where someone in Brooklyn New York spent 665.00 on my card and I live in Jamestown TN. Well everytime I call customer service they circle jerk me and send me to the same person over n over. They said they would get me an electronic card that had my remainder balance and never did all I've done is fight for my hard earned money since Thursday and if the mater isn't resolved by tomorrow I'm getting my atty involved. Hands down worst I've ever been treated . My name is Carlos and I am a female Well they wanted to depute it not being me to . I'm serious I'm really going to make an example out of this company on Monday if this isn't fixed I have hungry babies at home!!!! My rents due and my rent money is locked up. A few days ago, I started my company in Canada. Based on a recommendation, I opened an account on tryvault.com. Their website said, "Sign up in 5 minutes, get approved in 24 hours." I completed all the verification steps with my documents, company number, and driver's license. Then, I received an email asking what my business does, my active website address, my LinkedIn page, and how much money will come in and out each month. These questions seemed unreasonable to me. Do I need to create a LinkedIn account and set up a website immediately for a company I started just two days ago?Nevertheless, I answered their questions. Then, they started asking for information about my other company. I felt like I was under investigation as if I were a money laundering baron. I was confused about whether I was opening an account or giving a statement to a jury. Additionally, they do not trust the company approved by the Canadian government and conduct their own security checks. Even if they were the only bank on the planet, I would not need them. I advise new entrepreneurs not to fall into the same trap as I did because the approval does not happen in 24 hours. You need to win their favor to get your account approved.
I moved to Canada last year from the UK, where I had an account with a digital bank. I was looking for something similar here and really didn't want to go back to the traditional high street banking model, so I was super happy to find Vault! As I still have clients from the UK, having the multicurrency accounts has been such a lifesaver, and I love the sub-accounts you can set up to put money aside for tax etc. Their customer service is great and they're super responsive, and in the year or so I've been with them they've launched so many new features. I'm excited about what's to come!
What business banking should be in Canada!It's simple, easy to use, and has all the features. Fees are lower than big banks, I can do all the transactions online instead of having to call or go in-person. Canadians have spent too long being gaslit by big banks into high fees.
This is about my eighth order with the vault their range is second to none. Prices by comparison more than fair and customer service that I've found without peer. I've said it before and say it once again I refuse to spend my money anywhere but the vault. I have received every thing I've ordered from these guys and you can't ask for more than that. An excellent reputable and reliable business
